Paul Brennan represents a wide variety of clients involved in all aspects of the motion picture, television and new media fields. His practice includes representation of individual writers, directors and producers, as well as film financiers and television production companies. He has extensive experience in structuring, drafting and negotiating deals related to all facets of motion picture, television and new media financing, development and production. Mr. Brennan has also has served as production counsel on numerous film projects, both narrative and documentary, and television series.

Prior to founding Bruns Brennan & Berry, Mr. Brennan began his career in 1995 at Sloss Eckhouse Law Co LLP (formerly Sloss Eckhouse Brennan LawCo LLP) becoming a partner of the firm in 2000. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and its Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law Section and is admitted to practice in New York. He received his bachelor’s degree from Brown University and his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was named a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
